GENERAL

We www.roadtestsny.com reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

 

PAYMENT SECURITY

Our site is protected by SSL when you book, so your payment details are secure. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you. We are only liable for our service fee.

 

BOOKING A TEST

Once you have paid for your road test, you will receive an email confirmation within one hour.  You will receive your booking confirmation within 3 business days. It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address as this is the only method of confirmation we provide. If you have not received your road test booking confirmation after 3 days of making your payment, check your junk mail then please contact us at _______ immediately with your Permit number. On occasion, we may require you to check the information provided in order for us to book your road test, we will contact you via email in this instance.

 

RESCHEDULING A TEST

 

As a courtesy, we allow you to reschedule your road test one time, if the original date and time does not work for your schedule. You must inform us, via email, no later than three business days after receiving your test information. After three business days have passed, you will no longer be able to reschedule your test for free. You must pay the administrative fee again if you would like us to book another test for you.

 

ADMINISTRATION FEE

Our fee for regular road test booking services is $25 payable at the time of booking. Our fee for expedited road test booking services is $100 payable at the time of booking.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

The information we collect via the Website may include. Any personal details you knowingly provide us with through forms and our email, such as name, address, telephone number etc. In order to effectively process credit or debit card transactions it may be necessary for the bank or card-processing agency to verify your personal details for authorization. Such information will not be shared for any other purpose.   Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiry date and security code. All transactions are handled through our accredited merchant.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

 

Once you have been notified of your test booking, we are not able to offer refunds. You may only request a refund if  we have not notified you about your test date.

 

Rescheduling once is free of charge. If the Test date has been booked the contract has been fulfilled and the customer is no longer eligible for a refund.
